Service/Places :

The SAMA group is represented by several establishments, the purchase  of a voucher/gift certificate/reservation/purchase must be made in the place/establishment previously defined during your purchase. Unless otherwise agreed in writing with the Management, the place of delivery cannot be changed.

Withdrawal:

The withdrawal period is 14 days, from the day of purchase of your voucher/gift certificate/reservation/purchase: possibility for the buyer to request a refund, without penalties, except for the costs of return of PAYPAL (7%) and ATOS WORLDLINE (3%). Any request for reimbursement exceeding the withdrawal period of 14 days from the day of receipt of your payment will be null and void and therefore will not be taken into account by Sama. Therefore, in the event of any dispute in litigation relating to reimbursement after the 14-day withdrawal period, Sama will not be held responsible for your delay and will therefore engage your total liability and this against all persons requesting an abusive reimbursement. Reservation of treatments in DUO/treatments of more than 90min

Any reservation of treatments in DUO (2 people at the same time) or more than 90 minutes (for 1 person) must be subject to a deposit payment. This is to block the personnel necessary for the services. Sama reserves the right to refuse to take a reservation without payment of deposit.

Delay Policy

By purchasing or reserving a service at Sama, you agree to come and receive your service on the date and at the time scheduled when you made your reservation. Any delay will be borne by the customer and deducted from the time of the service.

Cancellation policy and deposits

We ask you to notify at least 24 hours in advance in case of cancellation. In case of late cancellation, that is to say less than 24 hours before the time of the appointment, no deposit will be refunded.  

Subscriptions

  No refunds will be given for subscriptions, in the event of prolonged medical incapacity, the subscription will be extended. Coupon Deal Restrictions: Each Coupon Deal   is only valid for a limited time (which varies by offer): from date of purchase, after expiration from the validity date of this Voucher, the offer in question becomes null and void and its provision is no longer possible and is no longer accepted by SAMA. Vouchers/gift certificates/reservations/purchases  are not linked to a specific person, they are associated with a simple Coupon number/code and a security code. Any reproduction, modification or resale of the voucher/gift certificate/reservation/purchase  in multiple copies is prohibited.
